SHIPPING POLICY

Ready to ship items : All products are shipped using Canada Post from Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. We ship to Canada and the United States (we currently do not ship to any other countries). Products will be dispatched within 2-5 business days (unless otherwise stated) from date of purchase. Shipping cost are calculated using size and weight. Please note we have no control over packages being stuck at the boarder when being shipped to the United States . We very rarely allow for the use of lettermail shipping due to fhe bunber of oackages being lost by the post office . On the rare occasion we do allow for it Please note wait times for letterman can be up to 6 weeks long and these packages are untracked. Lettermail selection is at buyers risk and only available on surtain items . If lost or stolen during shipping lettermail items are not eligible for refund or replacement .

Custom and Pre order : We have moved away frim custom orders but on  occasion we still have them them . We aim to keep the turn around time to 4 weeks . During Busy Holiday seasons this might be extended Due to larger order volumes.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Clothing: Machine wash in cold water with similar colours. Tumble dry Low heat. To minimize shrinkage smooth out clothing while damp and hang dry ( recommended ). If desired iron on low heat without steam. Promptly transfer clothing to dryer or hang to dry (leaving them sit in the washer wet can cause colours to to run )

REFUND POLICY

Please contact us by e-mail at littleassociates@hotmail.com to initiate a return. 

Our refund policy is valid for 15 days after the purchase date. Please note that after the 15-day period no refunds or exchanges will be granted.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange the purchased product must be in the same condition you received it in. All tags and or labels must be attached. Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale ,Flaw and Shop seconds are FINAL SALE.

Once the product is returned we will inspect it to see if you qualify for a full or partial refund according to the condition in which we receive it back. We will then proceed to refund you shall you qualify. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  

EXCHANGE POLICY

Only defective or damaged products will be exchanged.

All sales items are final sale and do not qualify for an exchange.

You will be responsible for your own shipping cost for returned items, unless the products is being returned or exchanged due to a defect or error on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: No exchanges on Grow With Me items due to the fit because of the nature of the design. You can expect our items to fit looser on a younger child and fit tighter as the child grows. If you like perfectly fit items this is not the style of clothing for you.
